1.4 We reserve the right to modify, replace, or adjust a service if necessary to complete an order.

1.5 Opening new accounts after suspension is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent service denial, even if balance remains.

2. Service Conditions

2.1 SMMFANZ provides social media marketing services strictly for appearance enhancement. We do not guarantee that followers, likes, views, or any other metrics will interact with you in any way.

2.2 We do not guarantee that accounts delivered through our services will include profile pictures, bios, or posts—although we aim to provide high-quality sources whenever possible.

2.3 Delivery timeframes shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Orders in progress cannot be cancelled or refunded based on speed.

2.4 Services without a refill period are non-refillable even if drops occur. To protect long-term results, customers must choose services that explicitly include a refill guarantee.

2.5 If your account is private at the time of ordering, the order will not start and will not qualify for a refund. Ensure your account is public before placing any order.

2.6 Do not use multiple providers or panels for the same link at the same time. Doing so results in inaccurate counts and voids eligibility for refunds.

3. Artificial Engagement Disclaimer

3.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all followers, likes, views, and engagement offered through SMMFANZ are artificial and do not represent real users or genuine interactions.

3.2 We do not encourage or endorse deceptive practices. Customers are prohibited from representing purchased engagement as organic growth.

4. Delivery, Drops & Order Policy

4.1 We are not responsible for delays caused by social media platform updates, algorithm changes, or service-source instability.

4.2 We are not liable for drops that occur on services without refill.
For refillable services, re-delivery will follow the stated refill period in the service description.

4.3 If an order is marked as non-deliverable due to provider-side restrictions, you will receive a refund to your SMMFANZ balance only.

4.4 Misplaced orders, incorrect links, or errors caused by the user do not qualify for refunds.

5. Refund & Chargeback Policy

5.1 Deposits are final and non-refundable. Once funds are added to your account, they cannot be returned to your payment method.

5.2 By depositing funds, you agree not to file disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals.

5.3 Filing a dispute or chargeback will result in:

• Immediate suspension of your account
• Cancellation of all pending orders
• Removal of previously delivered services (where possible)

5.4 In cases where a service cannot be delivered, refunds are issued as credit to your SMMFANZ balance only.

5.5 Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen cards, results in permanent termination.

6. Account Suspension

6.1 Accounts engaging in abuse, exploitation of system bugs, fraud, or policy violations may be suspended.

6.2 Users with suspended accounts will be given time to exhaust their remaining balance unless fraud is involved.

6.3 Creating new accounts after suspension is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 All personal information you provide is used solely to process your orders and maintain your account.

7.2 We do not sell, trade, or distribute your personal data to third parties.

7.3 All sensitive information is encrypted and stored on secure servers.

8. Liability Disclaimer

8.1 SMMFANZ is not liable for:

• Account suspension
• Content removal
• Shadowbans
• Decreased reach
• Loss of followers
• Platform updates or algorithm changes

Social media platforms operate independently, and we cannot control their actions.

8.3 SMMFANZ will not be responsible for any damages, business losses, or reputational impact resulting from the use of our services.

9. FTC Compliance

Customers must not misrepresent artificial engagement as organic or purchased metrics as genuine endorsements.

9.2 You agree not to create or promote misleading testimonials using our services.

10. Acceptance of Terms
